The man known only by his email screen name of 'Thief In The Mind' is a mysterious master thief that uses hypnosis as a means of robbing his prey. As well as taking a few other liberties with them. He is described as having a British way of speaking even though he does not have a British accent. He also has distinguished tastes not only in the items that he steals but also in his food and his choice of female companions. He travels from city to city careful to not be caught and always makes sure that he has at least one mole on the inside of the local police department. Even though that mole may not be aware of what they are doing at all.
It is believed that his name is Simon Psez, although this cannot be verified.
