Cadet Lindsey Cartwright

Cadet Lindsey Cartwright is a police cadet at the New Chicago Police Academy. She is the younger sister of N.C.P.D. Officer Jennifer Cartwright.  Lindsey is a bit of a wild child who loves to party, and have a good time. She also has a tendency to be a bit boy crazy and to throw herself head first into whomever might catch her eye at the time. These actions tend to be a point of contention between her and her older police officer sister. 

Lindsey is a very strong young woman who tends to lift weights which results in a very powerful figure. She stands 5'9" tall, with wavy brownish blonde hair that comes down just past her shoulders.  She is 20 years old.
